  • First Box: Ships within 2 business days of subscribing.
  • Billing: $25 is charged monthly on your subscription date.
  • Monthly Delivery: A new box arrives every month! Toy Box is shipped out within 2 days of each monthly subscription payment.
  • Note: If you pay using PayPal, recurring payments are not supported. You’ll receive a reminder to manually renew your subscription each month.

3. Can I customize my box?

Each box is pre-curated with a variety of toys. Customization is not available at this time.

4. How do I pause, cancel, or update my subscription?

Log in to your account to manage your subscription. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

5. Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is free with your subscription!

6. What if my box is damaged or lost?

Contact us at admin@mrspinner.com within 7 days for assistance.

7. Can I return part of my subscription box if I don't like something?

No, the subscription box is treated as 1 product. You cannot return or exchange part of the box. We will always do our best to provide a variety of products in our subscription box, and always welcome feedback from customers. As with all of our orders, if something arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days.

8. Can I gift a subscription?

Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address during checkout.
