Product Care

🔥 Warping & Heat Sensitivity

To keep your 3D printed products in great condition, avoid exposure to high heat

Do not place them in the dishwasher or leave them in hot environments (such as direct sunlight or a car in summer).

PLA, the material we use, can warp or soften at high temperatures and is not heat-resistant.

🧩 Breaking & Choking Hazards

Some toys contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard.

  • Not recommended for children under 3 years old.
  • For little ones, check out our specially curated Toddler Toy Collection.
  • Adult supervision is always advised, especially for young children.

⚠️ Safety & Handling

Some toys may include sharp points or edges—please handle with care

Avoid rough play to prevent injury or breakage

Articulated products may have delicate joints that can break if dropped

Our toys are made from non-toxic PLA, but we recommend:

  • No mouthing or chewing
  • Avoiding ingestion of any part

About our 3D Printed Products

🌱 What Are They Made Of?

All of our toys are made from eco-friendly PLA filament (Polylactic Acid)—a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane.

PLA is a popular choice for 3D printing because it’s:

  • Sustainable
  • Lightweight
  • Easy to print with
  • Perfect for toy production

📏 Why Can I See Lines on My Product?

We’ve optimized our print process to provide the smoothest finish possible. Our goal is to deliver a product that doesn’t look 3D printed.

However, due to the nature of 3D printing—layer-by-layer fabrication—some designs may show visible layer lines or slight texture.

We see these subtle variations not as flaws, but as part of what makes each toy unique and handmade. At MrSpinner, we take pride in every detail to bring you a product that's crafted with care and character.

🎨 Who Designs Your Products?

Some designs are MrSpinner originals, while others are brought to life using licensed files from talented creators such as:

Zou3D, MatMireMakes, FlexiFactory, Swah3D, OriginalToys3D, Printverse, Saber3D, and HpInvent (all credited in the product listings).

While the designs are licensed, our team handles:

  • Color selection
  • Sizing
  • Material choices
  • And ensures every product meets our high standards for playability and durability

Quality Assurance

At MrSpinner we have created a 75-point inspection process to test material and printer settings covering the features and components found in the designs we print.

The tests are completed monthly or whenever new settings or materials are used.

We test the surface finish vertically, horizontal, and sloped. Strength is tested vertically and horizontally.

Tools used for testing include digital portable surface tester (KR110) and digital force gauge push and pull (ZMF-500n).
